Corporate Accounting Specialist
Major responsibilities are directing and controlling the corporate accounting functions, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, relevant tax legislation and the company's budget.

Qualifications and qualities preferred:  

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or related fields
• At least 3 years' experience in accounting or a relevant field - a CPA is preferable
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, Thai tax law and business regulations
• Good initiative and interpersonal communication and management skills

Compliance Officer / Specialist
Major responsibility is verifying that Shin Group's work processes are in compliance with the regulations of related government agencies such as the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Treasury Management Specialist
Major responsibilities are managing foreign exchange and interest risks through traditional and structured financial products, conducting short-term investments, analyzing market information, and consulting and coordinating with related entities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields
• At least 4 years' experience in foreign exchange strategies, complex financial instruments, treasury functions, investment, cash management and system development
• Pleasant personality, energetic and good team player 
• Good analytical, decision-making, negotiation, proactive and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English

Corporate Finance Specialist
Major responsibilities are related to raising funds from domestic and international banks, the debt capital market and the equity market, as well as evaluating fund-raising alternatives, providing recommendations and facilitating operations from start to finish.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or other related fields
• Experience in banking or a large corporate finance department is advantageous

Investor Relations Specialist
Major responsibilities are communicating financial and business performance to investors, building trust and maintaining strong relationships.

• At least 3 years' experience in research analysis and investor relations, including corporate communications
• Strong communication and analytical skills

Portfolio Management Specialist
Major responsibilities are monitoring corporate performance and providing recommendations for business and investment strategies. This includes feasibility studies on new business opportunities.

• Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
• At least 4 years' experience in monitoring and analyzing financial or feasibility studies on new business opportunities
• Forward-looking, good initiative, strong analytical skills and achievement-oriented

 Financial Analyst for New Business
Major responsibility is generating new business for SHIN Group.

Qualifications and qualities preferred:  

• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
• At least 5 years' experience in conducting feasibility studies, financial analysis, and valuations by various methodologies

 Internal Audit Specialist
Major responsibilities are assessing the company's operations and information performance, conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for the management and the audit committee.

• At least 3 years' experience in external or internal auditing, plus knowledge of information system auditing and risk management
• A CPA, CIA or CISA is preferable

Major responsibilities are coding and programming, assisting and advising program users, and developing system requirements with user departments.

• At least 2 years' experience in web programming, ASP, ASP.NET, VISUAL BASIC.NET, JAVA, J2EE, SERVLET, JSP and EJB

SAP Application Consultant

• A TEFL / TESOL qualification is a plus
