Secretary
Responsible for assisting the Company
Secretary in organizing board and board-committee
meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes,
providing administrative and clerical support
to the senior management, and communicating
with board members.
Qualifications and qualities preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in English,
Business Administration, Law or a related
field.
- Very good Thai to English translation
skills and a high level of written English.
- Good command of spoken English.
- Good knowledge of corporate governance
best practices.
- Familiar with the SEC Act, and SEC & SET
regulations and guidelines.
- Good understanding of financial and operational
reporting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Internal
Audit Specialist
Responsible for assessing the financial,
managerial, operational and informational performance
of the companies in the group and providing recommendations
to the management and audit committee, conducting
risk assessments, writing audit reports and presenting
results to senior management.
Qualifications and qualities preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other
related field; a CPA, CIA, CISA or MBA
would be advantageous.
- At least 3 years’ experiences in external
and/or internal auditing.
- Very good command of both written and spoken
English.
- Ability to meet with and obtain the cooperation
under adverse and sensitive circumstance
- Ability to interact with unfamiliar people
and obtain their cooperation under possibly
adverse or sensitive circumstances.
- Knowledge of Information System Auditing & Risk
Management.
Business
Development
Responsible for exploring new business
opportunities, assist in the development of new
business projects aligned to Shin's Investment
theme, analyzing and developing business models,
This includes preparing presentations and proposals
to the management team.
Qualifications and qualities preferred:
- Master’s degree in business, marketing,
engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years’ experience of working
in the marketing, engineering, telecom & media
field. In-depth knowledge in Telecom/Media
would be advantage.
- Good command of both written and spoken
English.
- Forward-looking, strategic thinking, strong
analytical skills and achievement-oriented.
- Able to handle tasks under limited timeframes.
- Creative, open-minded and good interpersonal
and communication skills.
Financial
Analyst
Primarily responsible for conducting feasibility
studies and financial analysis by DCF valuation,
the multiplier approach and other contemporary
methods in order to create new business opportunities.
Qualifications and qualities preferred:
- Master’s degree in business, finance, or
business management.
- At least 3 years’ experience of working
in a public limited company and financial
analysis or other related fields.
- Good command of both written and spoken
English.
- Forward-looking, strong analytical skills
and achievement-oriented.
- Strong sense of urgency towards deadlines.
- Creative and open-minded.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
